1. On the Tools menu, click 'Options'
2. On the Preferences tab, click 'Junk E-mail'
3. On the Safe Senders tab, click 'Add'
4. In the 'Add address', type in [email protected]
5. Click 'OK'

If e-mail is in Junk E-Mail folder

1. Open the e-mail
2. Click on the highlighted bar 'This message was converted to plain text.'
3. Select option 'Display as HTML'
4. Click on the highlighted bar again 'Click here to download pictures'
5. Select option 'Add Sender to Safe Senders List'
6. Select 'OK' to confirm

Hotmail (based on Windows Live Hotmail)

You need to add the Pascoe Vale Vet address, [email protected], to your Hotmail Safe Senders list:

Existing Subscribers (you already receive Pascoe Vale Vet e-mails)

1. Open the e-mail in your inbox
2. Click on 'Mark as Safe' (next to 'You may not know this sender', underneath the subject line)
3. Select 'Show Content' to display e-mail with images

New Subscribers (you are a new or recent subscriber to Pascoe Vale Vet e-mails)

1. Open your mailbox and click 'Options' (located on top right-hand corner)
2. Go to Junk e-Mail (sub heading) and click on 'Safe and blocked senders'
3. Then click on 'Safe Senders'
4. Copy and paste [email protected] into the box titled 'Sender or domain to mark as safe'
5. Click the 'Add to list' button

If e-mail is in Junk e-Mail folder

1. Open the e-mail in your inbox
2. Click on 'Mark as Safe' (next to 'You may not know this sender', underneath the subject line)
3. Full e-mail will be displayed in your inbox

Gmail

You need to add the Pascoe Vale Vet address, [email protected], to your Gmail Contacts List:

Existing Subscribers (you already receive Pascoe Vale Vet e-mails)

1. Open the e-mail in your inbox
2. Click on 'Always display images from [email protected]' (in the green box above the e-mail)
3. Follow 'New Subscribers' instructions listed below

New Subscribers (you are a new or recent subscriber to Pascoe Vale Vet e-mails)

1. Click 'Contacts' on the left menu of the Gmail page
2. Click on New Contact Icon (scroll over image displays 'New Contact')
3. Copy and paste the Pascoe Vale Vet address, [email protected] into the primary e-mail address dialog box
4. Click 'Save'

If e-mail is in Spam folder

1. Click 'Spam' on the left side of any Gmail page
2. Check mark the box next to our eNewsletter
3. Click the 'Not Spam' button along the top

Yahoo (classic view only)

You need to set up a Yahoo Message Filter to ensure the Pascoe Vale Vet e-mails are sent directly to your inbox.

All Subscribers

1. Open your mailbox and click on 'Options' then select 'Mail Options'
2. Click on the 'Filters' option, featured on the left hand side menu.
3. Click on 'Create or Edit Filters'
4. Click the 'Add' link on the Filters page to create a new Message Filter
5. Update the 'From header' with: 'contains' and [email protected]
6. Click the 'Choose Folder' pull down menu and select inbox
7. Click the 'Add Filter' button

If e-mail is in Spam folder

1. Open the e-mail in your Spam folder
2. Click on 'Not Spam' button
3. Full e-mail will be displayed in your inbox
4. Add [email protected] to your Message Filter following the instructions for All Subscribers
